Food left out longer than 2 hours at room temperature should be thrown away. Carve the turkey off the bone and chill it in shallow containers.
Count 4 days
Most cooked leftovers are good for 3–4 days in the fridge. Thanksgiving is on Thursday, so plan to eat or freeze them by Monday.
Reheat to 165 °F
Reheat leftovers until steaming hot (165 °F / 74 °C in the middle). Bring gravy to a rolling boil.
